This comprehensive special education role combines direct student services with teacher consultation and program development responsibilities. You'll support 35-42 students across grades 6-12 while providing guidance to general education teachers on inclusive practices and accommodation implementation. Weekly Hours:

37 hours per week

Inclusion support, co-teaching consultation, and direct instruction Professional Duties

Your multifaceted role includes delivering specially designed instruction to students with mild to moderate disabilities while consulting with general education teachers on curriculum modifications and classroom accommodations. You'll participate in virtual co-teaching sessions, providing real-time support during general education classes. IEP development and management represent core responsibilities, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to legal compliance requirements. You'll facilitate virtual IEP meetings, coordinate services with related service providers, and ensure all team members understand their roles in supporting student success. Professional development and training opportunities will enhance your skills in virtual special education delivery while keeping current with best practices in inclusive education. You'll also contribute to program evaluation and improvement initiatives. Qualification Standards

Master's degree in Special Education with emphasis on inclusion practices Valid New Hampshire Special Education teaching certificate Minimum 2 years of experience in inclusive education settings Strong collaboration and consultation skills Knowledge of Universal Design for Learning principles Experience with virtual co-teaching and remote collaboration tools Excellent communication and presentation abilities Professional workspace equipped for video conferencing and online instruction Professional Competencies
