Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results Deliver engaging therapy sessions focused on meeting student-specific goals Track and document student progress with detailed records Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care Involve and educate families in the therapy and intervention process Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in California Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Prior experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and family engagement Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Applicants must have an active license approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology in California and possess or be working towards a Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
