Start Date: August 5, 2025 End Date: May 23, 2026 Schedule: 21 hours per week, 3 days a week (8:00 AM 3:00 PM) Student Population: K12 Caseload: Approximately 510 students Key Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) to identify student needs Develop and assist in the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to students as deemed necessary Participate in various evaluations related to student behavior and progress Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and school staff to support individual student goals Qualifications and Experience: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Appropriate licensure in accordance with state or district requirements Experience working with K12 students in a school environment preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills to foster collaboration with educators, families, and support staff Additional Information: This is an in-person position; hybrid or virtual work arrangements are not available Laptop and all necessary materials will be provided to support job functions This role is ideal for an engaged professional committed to making a meaningful difference in students lives within an educational setting.
