A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed for a part-time, in-person role supporting K12 students in a school district-wide capacity. This contract position runs from August 5, 2025, through May 23, 2026, with a weekly schedule of 21 hours spread over three days, typically from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) to identify and understand student behavioral needs Develop and assist in implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) tailored to individual students Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy directly to students when necessary Participate in various student evaluations as required Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, school staff, and families to support student success Qualifications and Experience: Active BCBA certification is required Appropriate licensure in accordance with state or district guidelines Prior experience working within a school setting, particularly with K12 populations, is preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills suited for collaboration with educational teams and families Additional Details: The role requires in-person attendance; hybrid or virtual work arrangements are not available Necessary technology, including a laptop, will be provided Caseload will consist of approximately 510 students Location: Position based in Tullahoma, Tennessee, serving the district-wide student population This position offers the opportunity to positively influence the educational experiences of students through behavior support services.
