1 Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) to identify student needs Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) tailored to individual students Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy as needed Participate in student evaluations as required Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including school staff and families, to support student progress Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification Required state or district licensure Experience working with K12 student populations in a school setting preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills Additional Information:
