This part-time, contract position offers the opportunity to work directly with students and collaborate closely with school staff and families to deliver high-quality behavior support services.

Duration: August 5, 2025 May 23, 2026 Schedule: 21 hours/week, Monday through Wednesday, 8:00 AM 3:00 PM Caseload: Approximately 510 students Student Population: K12 Positions Available: 1 Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) to understand student needs Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) tailored to individual students Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy as needed Participate in various evaluations as required Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to support student success Qualifications: Active BCBA certification Licensure as required by state or district guidelines Experience working with K12 populations in a school setting preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Additional Details: In-person presence is required; hybrid or virtual options are not available Necessary materials and a laptop will be provided This role is ideal for a passionate BCBA dedicated to making a positive impact in student lives within a supportive school community.
