Key Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) to identify student needs Develop and assist with implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy as appropriate Participate in various evaluations to support student progress Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, school staff, and families to ensure consistency and effectiveness of behavioral support Qualifications: Active BCBA certification Licensure in accordance with state or district requirements Experience working with K12 student populations in school settings preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Position Details: Location: District-wide assignment, McMinnville, TN Schedule: 21 hours per week, 8:00 AM 3:00 PM, 3 days per week Duration: August 5, 2025 May 23, 2026 (Non-school year contract) Caseload: Approximately 510 students In-person attendance is required; remote work is not available Necessary technology and materials, including a laptop, will be provided This role is ideal for a dedicated BCBA who values collaboration and aims to make a meaningful impact on the educational experience of students.
