A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide essential services in a K-12 public school setting located in El Cajon, CA. This position is a contract role covering an unexpected leave from September 10th through December 19th, with the possibility of extension beyond December. The role supports a mild to moderate caseload of approximately 55 students and is split between two school locations.

Responsibilities include: Delivering speech and language therapy services aligned with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Conducting assessments to determine student needs and progress Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other specialists to develop effective treatment plans Monitoring and documenting student performance and progress Providing direct intervention to students with various speech and language disorders Desired qualifications and experience: Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license or certification Experience working in a school-based setting with K-12 students Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 55 students with mild to moderate speech and language needs Strong communication and organizational skills Flexibility to work at two different school sites during the week This full-time position requires 40 hours per week and offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact during the school year.
