A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for a leave contract at an elementary school campus in Dallas, PA. This opportunity focuses on providing essential SLP services to students across two buildings: an elementary building (grades K-6) and a high school building (9th grade), both located on the same campus. The assignment runs from September 10, 2025, through January 15, 2026, serving a diverse student population with various disabilities including Autism, Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD), Other Health Impairments (OHI), Emotional Disabilities (ED), and Intellectual Disabilities (ID).

Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to approximately 65 students (55 in elementary K-6 and 10 in 9th grade). Provide individualized support addressing the unique communication needs of students with Autism, SLD, OHI, ED, and ID. Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and evaluations. Utilize teletherapy techniques as needed to ensure consistent service delivery. Align therapy sessions with school schedules and program requirements. Qualifications & Experience: Certification as an SLP with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence). Experience working in healthcare, pediatric, school, and teletherapy settings. SLP Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion or current. Knowledge of best practices in pediatric speech-language therapy. Ability to manage a caseload with a wide range of disabilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Schedule: Services required 5 days per week. Shift options: 9:00 a.m. 3:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. 2:30 p.m., depending on the building. Includes a half-hour unpaid lunch break.
