We're seeking a dedicated school psychologist to provide exceptional virtual services while pioneering innovative approaches that enhance student mental health and academic success. Role Description

This remote position offers 36.5 hours per week supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade in comprehensive virtual educational environments. You'll maintain a diverse caseload of approximately 50-55 students, utilizing state-of-the-art telepractice technology to deliver personalized psychological services that achieve measurable student outcomes. Essential Functions

Comprehensive Psychological Services Conduct thorough psychological and psychoeducational assessments using virtual methodologies Complete formal and informal evaluations with appropriate accommodations and modifications Prepare detailed assessment reports with specific, actionable recommendations Participate actively in virtual IEP meetings, eligibility conferences, and transition planning Mental Health & Counseling Excellence Provide individual counseling sessions through secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms Facilitate therapeutic groups addressing common student mental health concerns Implement trauma-informed interventions and resilience-building strategies Support students with complex emotional and behavioral needs Crisis Intervention & Safety Respond immediately to mental health emergencies and safety concerns Conduct comprehensive suicide risk assessments and safety planning Coordinate with emergency services and community mental health providers Provide ongoing crisis follow-up and stabilization services Educational Integration & Consultation Collaborate extensively with virtual teaching teams on student support strategies Provide expert consultation on learning accommodations and behavioral interventions Support Response to Intervention (RTI) processes and data-based decision making Facilitate communication between families, schools, and community resources Required Credentials

Professional Qualifications Master's degree in School Psychology or closely related field Current Nevada school psychologist license Minimum 2 years of school-based or clinical experience with children/adolescents Virtual or telehealth service delivery experience highly preferred Technology Requirements Expert-level proficiency with telepractice platforms and virtual assessment tools Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities Reliable high-speed internet connectivity with backup systems Professional workspace meeting confidentiality and quality standards Core Competencies Advanced knowledge of child development and psychopathology Expertise in evidence-based assessment and intervention practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Cultural competence and experience with diverse student populations Career Advancement
