We're seeking an experienced school psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services to students in remote learning environments while contributing to the advancement of telepractice in educational settings. Position Overview

This full-time remote opportunity encompasses 35.5 hours per week, serving students across elementary, middle, and high school levels in virtual educational programs. You'll serve a diverse caseload of 45 students, delivering high-quality psychological services through innovative digital platforms designed to enhance student engagement and outcomes. Primary Duties

Assessment & Diagnostic Services Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations using validated virtual protocols Conduct standardized testing with appropriate cultural and linguistic modifications Complete detailed diagnostic reports with evidence-based intervention recommendations Present evaluation findings to multidisciplinary teams and contribute to educational planning Therapeutic Interventions Deliver individual and group counseling sessions via secure video platforms Implement specialized interventions for students with autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities Provide crisis intervention and suicide risk assessment services Support students experiencing grief, trauma, and significant life transitions Behavioral Support & Prevention Develop and implement positive behavior intervention plans Provide consultation on classroom management and environmental modifications Support school-wide prevention and intervention initiatives Collaborate on restorative justice and conflict resolution approaches Program Development & Leadership Contribute to virtual service delivery protocol development Participate in quality improvement and outcome measurement activities Mentor new staff in telepractice techniques and best practices Support research initiatives in virtual psychological services Qualification Standards

Educational Background Master's degree in School Psychology from NASP-approved program Current New Mexico school psychologist license Minimum 2 years of school-based psychological services experience Telepractice or virtual service experience strongly preferred Technical Competencies Advanced proficiency with virtual assessment and counseling platforms Strong problem-solving skills for technology-related challenges Reliable high-speed internet with backup connectivity options Professional home office meeting telepractice standards Clinical Expertise Comprehensive knowledge of child and adolescent development Experience with evidence-based assessment and intervention practices Strong understanding of multicultural considerations in service delivery Knowledge of special education regulations and compliance requirements Professional Benefits
