Provide speech and language services to 48-58 students across grades K-12, working 35-37.5 hours weekly through our sophisticated virtual therapy platform. Deliver comprehensive assessments, individualized interventions, and collaborative consultation while maintaining strong therapeutic relationships and achieving measurable student progress. Essential Functions
Administer comprehensive speech-language batteries using digital assessment protocols Create and implement targeted intervention plans addressing individual communication needs Provide direct therapy services through interactive, multimedia-enhanced virtual sessions Conduct systematic progress monitoring and data-driven treatment modifications Collaborate with educational teams, families, and support staff through virtual meetings Participate in IEP development, review, and planning processes via secure video platforms Develop creative therapy resources specifically adapted for virtual learning environments Communication Disorder Specializations
Work with students presenting articulation and phonological disorders, receptive and expressive language delays, fluency disorders, voice and resonance disorders, and social communication challenges associated with autism spectrum disorders. This diverse clinical exposure ensures professional growth and expertise development. Qualification Standards
Mandatory Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from ASHA-approved program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Active Nevada state licensure for speech-language pathology School-based therapeutic experience minimum 2 years Successful Clinical Fellowship Year completion with mentor approval Virtual Service Setup: Stable high-speed internet connection supporting real-time video therapy sessions Professional workspace with appropriate lighting and acoustics for therapy delivery HD webcam and quality headset ensuring clear visual and auditory communication Computer system compatible with teletherapy software and assessment tools Evidence-Based Practice Commitment
