Deliver speech and language services to 44-54 students across grades kindergarten through 12th grade, working 35-37.5 hours weekly through our comprehensive virtual therapy system. Provide individualized assessments, targeted interventions, and collaborative consultation while supporting diverse student communication needs and educational objectives. Primary Duties

Conduct thorough speech-language evaluations using validated virtual assessment protocols Design individualized treatment programs addressing specific communication deficits and strengths Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions through interactive virtual sessions Monitor student progress through systematic data collection and outcome measurement Collaborate with educational teams, families, and related service providers via secure platforms Contribute to virtual IEP meetings and multidisciplinary educational planning processes Develop creative therapy resources specifically designed for virtual service delivery Clinical Service Areas

Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from ASHA-accredited institution Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Active New Mexico state licensure for speech-language pathology School-based speech therapy experience minimum 2 years Completed Clinical Fellowship Year with positive outcomes and recommendations Virtual Practice Infrastructure: High-speed internet connection supporting consistent video therapy quality Professional workspace with optimal lighting and minimal environmental distractions Quality webcam and headset equipment for clear therapeutic communication Computer system meeting virtual platform specifications and software requirements Clinical Excellence Expectations
