Provide comprehensive speech and language services to 52-60 students across grades kindergarten through 12th grade, working 35-37.5 hours weekly through our state-of-the-art virtual platform. You'll deliver individualized therapy sessions, conduct thorough assessments, and collaborate with educational teams to support students with diverse communication needs and challenges. Primary Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations using validated virtual assessment protocols Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans targeting individual communication objectives Provide direct therapy services through engaging, interactive virtual sessions Monitor student progress through systematic data collection and clinical documentation Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams via secure video conferencing Participate in virtual IEP meetings and educational planning conferences Create innovative therapy materials specifically designed for virtual service delivery Clinical Specialization Areas

Essential Credentials: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from ASHA-accredited program Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Active Ohio state licensure for speech-language pathology practice School-based speech therapy experience minimum 2 years Completed Clinical Fellowship Year with satisfactory outcomes Virtual Practice Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet connection supporting consistent HD video streaming Professional home workspace with optimal lighting and minimal background distractions Quality webcam and noise-canceling headset for clear therapeutic communication Computer system meeting teletherapy platform specifications and software requirements Professional Excellence Standards
