Provide therapeutic services to 40-50 students weekly spanning elementary through secondary grade levels. Working 35-37.5 hours per week, you'll deliver personalized speech and language interventions through our advanced virtual platform, addressing diverse communication needs while maintaining strong therapeutic relationships. Essential Functions
Conduct thorough speech-language assessments using digital evaluation tools Design and implement targeted intervention strategies for individual students Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on social communication skills Collaborate with educational staff to support classroom communication needs Maintain comprehensive documentation of student progress and service delivery Participate in virtual team meetings and IEP development processes Adapt traditional therapy techniques for effective virtual implementation Therapeutic Focus Areas
Our program serves students with articulation disorders, language processing difficulties, fluency disorders, voice problems, and pragmatic language challenges. You'll develop expertise in virtual therapy delivery while supporting students' communication development across academic and social contexts. Professional Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from ASHA-accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Nevada state licensure for speech-language pathology practice Educational setting experience minimum 2 years Completed Clinical Fellowship Year with positive outcomes Virtual Work Setup: High-speed internet connectivity ensuring consistent video quality Dedicated workspace with professional appearance and minimal interruptions Quality webcam and headset for clear therapeutic communication Computer system compatible with teletherapy software requirements Clinical Expertise
