Serve approximately 45-55 students weekly spanning elementary through high school populations, working 35-37.5 hours per week through our secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual platform. Provide individualized and group therapy interventions addressing various communication disorders while collaborating with educational professionals to optimize student outcomes. Core Responsibilities

Perform thorough speech-language assessments utilizing standardized virtual evaluation tools Develop individualized treatment protocols addressing specific communication deficits and goals Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions through interactive online sessions Document student progress and adjust treatment approaches based on clinical data analysis Facilitate communication with parents, educators, and related service providers Contribute to virtual multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP development processes Design engaging therapy activities optimized for virtual delivery and student engagement Therapeutic Service Areas

Our comprehensive program addresses speech sound disorders, language processing difficulties, stuttering and fluency challenges, voice disorders, and pragmatic communication needs. You'll work with students requiring diverse levels of intervention, from mild articulation concerns to complex communication disorders. Professional Requirements

Required Credentials: Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from accredited institution ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Kentucky state licensure for speech-language pathology practice Educational setting therapy experience minimum 2 years Clinical Fellowship Year completion with positive supervisory evaluation Technology Infrastructure: High-speed broadband internet ensuring uninterrupted video session quality Dedicated quiet workspace suitable for confidential therapeutic services Professional-grade audio-visual equipment for optimal communication clarity Computer meeting minimum system requirements for therapy software platforms Clinical Competency Expectations
