Facilitate the implementation and adherence to Agile methodologies within the team Guide the team through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies Remove obstacles and blockers that hinder the team's progress Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, managing expectations and providing updates Continuously assess and improve team processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness What is Required

Minimum of 5 years of product and/or business analyst experience Proven ability to foster effective communication and collaboration among team members Strong analytical skills to identify and address obstacles Experience in coaching and mentoring team members on Agile principles and practices Exceptional ability to monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work How to Stand Out
