Facilitate the implementation and adherence to Agile methodologies within the team Guide the team through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies Remove obstacles and blockers that hinder the team's progress Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, managing expectations and providing updates Continuously assess and improve team processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of product and/or business analyst experience Strong analytical skills to identify and address obstacles Proven experience in fostering effective communication and collaboration among team members Ability to coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices Exceptional skills in monitoring and tracking project progress to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work Preferred Qualifications
