What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Facilitate the implementation and adherence to Agile methodologies within the team Guide the team through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies Remove obstacles and blockers that hinder the team's progress Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must have a minimum of 5 years of product and/or business analyst experience Proven ability to coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices Strong analytical skills to identify and address obstacles Experience in facilitating decision-making and conflict resolution within a team Ability to advocate for the team's needs and ensure a productive work environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or relevant experience Experience in a servant leader role, supporting team needs and facilitating success Familiarity with monitoring and improving team processes for efficiency and effectiveness
