An opportunity is available for a full-time Occupational Therapist specializing in school-based services, supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This contract position is based in Red Rock, AZ, and offers a dynamic caseload focused on delivering hands-on therapies that promote fine and gross motor skills development.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs. Collaborate with educators, families, and other healthcare professionals to support student progress. Utilize in-person therapy methods; virtual services are not part of this role. Manage caseload effectively while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings. Strong background in home health, teletherapy, and healthcare occupational therapy is beneficial. Experience or certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is preferred, with a willingness to work alongside skilled COTAs. Demonstrated ability to support students with a range of fine and gross motor skill needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Position Details: Location: Red Rock, Arizona. Contract duration: Current School Year (CSY) with a potential extension to the end of the school year (+25-26 SY). Start date: ASAP. Full-time schedule with no virtual option. Caseload includes students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
