An opportunity is available for a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide comprehensive services to students in a K-12 setting. This contract position, located in Marana, AZ, begins as soon as possible and continues through the end of the school year, with potential extension into the following academic year. Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students focusing on enhancing fine motor skills, gross motor skills, and overall functional abilities. Collaborate closely with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to ensure effective therapy interventions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs. Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in team meetings and communicate regularly with educators, families, and healthcare providers. Provide hands-on therapy; virtual or teletherapy service delivery will not be accepted for this role. Desired Qualifications: Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Experience in school-based occupational therapy settings. Proficient in teletherapy, home health, and healthcare-based OT environments. Strong knowledge and ability to improve fine and gross motor skills in pediatric populations. Ability to effectively supervise and collaborate with COTAs.
