This full-time position focuses on delivering specialized education within a High School Transition program designed for students with unique learning needs. The role involves working closely with a co-teacher coordinator and social worker to provide comprehensive support to a small group of 20 students, emphasizing life skills, employee development, functional living skills, and community access skills.
