This full-time, contract position involves delivering support within a year-round school schedule, serving students aged 5 to 21. The role is based in a single building located in Rockville, MD, and involves working 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs. Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to implement effective behavior strategies. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary. Provide training and coaching to staff members regarding behavior management techniques. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with applicable regulations and best practices. Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or comparable credential. At least two years of experience delivering behavior analysis services for individuals. Preferred experience working with students exhibiting mild to severe behavioral challenges. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
