This position is for a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a K-12 school setting located in Silver Spring, MD. The role follows a year-round school schedule with 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, serving students ages 5 to 21 within a single school building. This is a contract position for the upcoming school year.

Responsibilities: Provide behavior analysis services to support students exhibiting mild to severe behavioral challenges. Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes. Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed. Maintain compliance with applicable laws, ethical standards, and organizational policies. Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or comparable credential required. Minimum of two years experience providing behavior analysis services to individuals. Experience working with a wide range of behavioral needs, preferably including mild to severe behaviors.
