A full-time opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized behavior analysis services in a K-12 school setting. This role supports students aged 5-21, working within a single building that follows a year-round school schedule. The position runs under a contract for the nine-month school year, Monday through Friday, totaling 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on data-driven assessments. Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to create supportive environments and promote positive behavioral outcomes. Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting plans as needed to ensure optimal growth. Provide training and consultation to school staff on behavior management strategies. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all ethical and professional standards in behavior analysis. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or comparable credential is required. A minimum of two years of experience delivering behavior analysis services to individuals is essential. Experience working with a range of behavioral needs, from mild to severe, is preferred.
