A full-time High School Special Education Teacher position is available for the upcoming school year in Manchester, NH, specializing in Educable Behavioral Disorders (EBD). This role offers an opportunity to impact the lives of approximately 15 students in a self-contained and/or integrated classroom environment tailored to individual student needs.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver academic and behavioral instruction aligned with each students Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals. Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs to ensure student progress. Manage consistent and structured classroom routines to support a positive learning environment. Collaborate effectively with related service providers, paraprofessionals, support staff, and families to promote student success. Implement positive behavior support strategies and utilize data-driven interventions to address behavioral challenges. Qualifications: Active New Hampshire Special Education Certification with an endorsement in Educable Behavioral Disorders (EBD) required. Experience working with high school students (grades 912) in special education settings preferred. Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team. Strong classroom management and instructional skills tailored to students with behavioral and emotional needs. This contract position spans the full school year and involves working closely with a dedicated team of paraprofessionals who provide 1:1 support for some students.
