An opportunity is available for a Special Education Teacher specializing in 1st grade within an elementary school setting in New York, NY. This full-school-year contract position involves working closely with a classroom of 15-20 students, providing tailored educational support in compliance with individualized education programs (IEPs).

Qualifications: Valid New York State Special Education (SPED) Certification for grades K-12 is mandatory. Experience working with elementary-aged students in a special education setting preferred.
