A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist is needed to support K-4 students at an elementary school in Andover, KS for the full school year on a contract basis. This role focuses on evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders to enhance students' academic and social development.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for referred students. Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) aligned with federal, state, and district requirements. Provide direct therapy in individual and small-group settings to address students speech and language needs. Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and service providers to integrate speech-language goals within the classroom environment. Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and timely reports. Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development. Support students using augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) tools as needed. Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist and/or Department of Education certification. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
