Serve 40-50 students across grades K-12 through our secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual platform, working 35-37.5 hours per week. Provide comprehensive psychological assessments, individual and group counseling, consultation services, and crisis intervention while collaborating with educational teams to support students' academic, social, and emotional development. Core Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations using virtual assessment protocols Provide individual counseling services addressing academic, behavioral, and emotional concerns Facilitate group counseling sessions focused on social skills and emotional regulation Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student mental health needs Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans and mental health strategies Participate in virtual IEP, 504, and multidisciplinary team meetings Provide crisis intervention and suicide risk assessment services Service Specializations
Our comprehensive program addresses learning disabilities, ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, behavioral challenges, trauma responses, and adjustment difficulties. You'll work with diverse student populations requiring various levels of psychological support while promoting positive mental health outcomes and academic achievement. Required Qualifications
Essential Credentials: Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology from NASP-approved program Active Ohio school psychologist licensure Minimum 2 years of school-based psychology experience Experience with psychological assessment, intervention, and consultation Knowledge of special education law and mental health best practices Technical Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet connection for secure video conferencing Professional home office with privacy considerations for confidential services HD webcam and quality headset for therapeutic communication Computer meeting platform specifications for assessment and counseling software Clinical Expertise
National Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) credential preferred. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in evidence-based interventions, crisis management, and virtual service delivery. Experience with diverse populations and various mental health presentations strengthens candidacy. Professional Development
