School Social Worker
to join our team in
Woodstock, IL , serving students for the
20252026 academic year . The School Social Worker will support students emotional and behavioral needs, foster strong school-home partnerships, and work collaboratively with staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver individual and group counseling services to students
Conduct assessments and contribute to the development of IEPs and 504 plans
Collaborate with educators, parents, and community agencies to support student success
Assist in crisis intervention and behavioral response strategies
Promote positive mental health and social-emotional learning initiatives across the school
Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Qualifications: Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker endorsement
School-based or child-focused clinical experience preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Compensation & Benefits: Competitive weekly pay : $40 $55per hour (depending on experience)
