Soliant is seeking a dedicated
Early Childhood Special Education Teacher
to support young learners ages 2 to 5 in a resource inclusion classroom setting. Teachers will work with a small caseload of approximately 5 students and collaborate with paraprofessionals and related services staff to provide individualized instruction and support.

Deliver individualized instruction to students with diverse learning needs in a resource inclusion classroom
Develop, write, and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each students unique goals
Collaborate with related services staff (speech therapists, occupational therapists, etc.) to support student progress
Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and communication with families and team members
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and development
Qualifications:
Valid
Virginia teaching license
with an
Early Childhood Special Education endorsement
Experience developing and implementing IEPs required
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with paraprofessionals and related service providers
Comfortable working with young children with diverse abilities in an inclusion setting
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday
7:15 AM 2:45 PM
