A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year in Webster, NY, working primarily with elementary students and some high schoolers. This full-time contract role spans September through June and offers a structured schedule aligned with the school calendar.

Your work will involve conducting thorough assessments, developing and delivering personalized therapy plans, and collaborating closely with teachers and families. Active participation in IEP meetings and monitoring student progress to inform intervention adjustments will also be key components of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Provide direct therapy services tailored to diverse student needs Collaborate with educators to ensure appropriate accommodations and modifications Monitor and document student progress, updating interventions as necessary Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting processes Offer support and resources to parents and caregivers to enhance student outcomes Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one Experience working with school-age children preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Familiarity with IEP procedures and relevant educational regulations This position offers guaranteed hours and follows a school-day schedule with vacation time aligned to the academic calendar.
