Located in Schenectady, NY, this full-contract role offers the opportunity to support elementary and some high school students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) during the 20252026 school year.

Role Overview:Serve a caseload of approximately 28 students, primarily elementary school-aged with some high school students. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, delivering therapy, collaborating with educators, and contributing to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to facilitate student success. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop individualized therapy plans Provide direct, tailored speech and language therapy to meet student needs Collaborate closely with teachers and school staff to implement accommodations and modifications Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary Participate actively in IEP meetings, helping to set and evaluate student goals Offer guidance and resources to parents and caregivers Qualifications: Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one Experience working with school-aged children preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team Knowledge of IEP processes and relevant educational laws Location:Schenectady, NY enjoy working in a picturesque Upstate New York community with a supportive school environment.
