As the Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing a strategic territory plan for the sale of Non-destructive testing (NDT) systems, including CT and X-ray, to customers in key segments such as Aerospace, Defense, Automotive & Electric Vehicles, Additive Manufacturing, Medical Devices and Electronics. Responsibilities
Selling products and services including system upgrades, service contracts and inspection services within the assigned geographical area. Developing a pipeline by understanding sales processes and stages. Forecasting system and service sales to the region director, including weekly deal and pipeline reviews. Managing CRM to ensure accuracy of forecast to the business. Traveling throughout the territory to manage installed base, develop new opportunities and maintain customer relationships. Working with Application Engineers to qualify opportunities, develop deal strategies and serve as the technical solution of choice for customers. Driving deals to closure including quoting, negotiation and Order-to-Remittance handoff. Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (Engineering or business preferred). Minimum of 3 years of sales experience. Up to 5 years of experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). Capital Sales Experience with deal values greater than $750,000 USD. Experience in key strategic segments: Aerospace, Electronics, Medical Devices, Automotive/Electric Vehicles. Experience with a CRM system. Ability to travel 50-70% of the time. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to manage several opportunities simultaneously. Working Flexibly
