Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager and take ownership of growing our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will build lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service, utilizing Salesforce CRM to manage performance and interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitor activities, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms to maximize profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure seamless project execution, and maintaining accurate sales records will help you meet performance goals through effective time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. * This is an ongoing posting to express interest for future Territory Sales Manager roles in selected cities. Key Responsibilities: Sales Growth & Prospecting:

Develop and implement sales strategies focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%). Pipeline Management:

Maintain and grow a sales pipeline by identifying prospects and market segments, converting leads into sales, focusing on high-value projects. Customer Relationships:

Build long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and delivering excellent service. Use Salesforce CRM for tracking. Market & Product Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, conduct market research, and provide insights to management. Consultative Selling:

Use a consultative approach to offer competitive pricing and value-based solutions, prepare quotes, and negotiate terms. Performance Reporting:

Utilize CRM to maintain sales records and generate performance reports, tracking key metrics. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with operations and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction, providing leadership when needed.

Qualifications for Success: Persistent, driven, and results-oriented. Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills. Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic environment. Tech-savvy, familiar with CRM systems like Salesforce.

Skills and Experience:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, with 1+ year outbound prospecting experience or experience at WillScot. Ability to travel 10-20%, primarily for field visits, with minimal overnight stays. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom. Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles. Leasing experience is a plus but not required. Solution-selling approach is advantageous.
