Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager to grow our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions. As a Territory Sales Manager, your responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans, prospecting, lead conversion, maintaining a sales pipeline, building customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will use Salesforce CRM to manage performance and customer interactions, stay informed on market trends, prepare quotes, negotiate, and ensure seamless project execution. Meeting performance goals through effective time management and adaptability is essential. Key Responsibilities: Sales Growth & Prospecting:

Develop and implement sales strategies focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%). Pipeline Management:

Maintain and grow a sales pipeline, converting leads into high-value projects. Customer Relationships:

Build lasting partnerships by understanding needs and providing tailored solutions, using Salesforce CRM. Market & Product Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends and conduct research to identify growth opportunities. Consultative Selling:

Offer competitive pricing and value-based solutions, prepare quotes, and negotiate terms. Performance Reporting:

Use CRM to track sales and generate reports, ensuring goals are met. Team Collaboration:

Work with operations and support teams, providing leadership when needed.

Skills & Experience:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience with 1+ year outbound prospecting or at WillScot. Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role primarily based in the branch with ~80% outbound cold-calling. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom. Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles. Leasing experience is a plus but not required. Solution-selling approach preferred.
