$20.00/hr - $21.00/hr Contract: 12 months (potential for extension or permanent hire) What Youll Do

Answer IT support calls and resolve issues quickly Provide excellent customer service with active listening and empathy Use a knowledge base and ticketing system to track and solve problems Communicate clearly via phone, chat, and documentation Collaborate with teams and follow company policies What You Need

High school diploma or GED (plus relevant work experience) 2-5 years of chat support experience in a fast-paced setting Strong problem-solving skills & self-motivation Ability to troubleshoot software & hardware issues Seniority level
