A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year with a focus on providing pediatric speech therapy services in an elementary K-12 school setting. This position requires hands-on, onsite service delivery in Tacoma, WA, and spans the academic year from September 2, 2025, to June 16, 2026.

Responsibilities: Deliver individualized speech and language therapy services to elementary students within the school setting Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication development Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports consistent with state and district requirements Implement teletherapy services if needed, with a strong focus on in-person sessions Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred Eligibility to practice in Washington State with ESA certification in hand Skilled in pediatric speech therapy within school environments Commitment to full-time onsite work (7.3 hours per day, 5 days a week) Candidates in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) with demonstrated competencies will be considered Experience working with K-12 students in public school settings No Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) or VOCO support for this role Benefits: Structured contract aligning with the school year calendar Opportunity to impact childrens speech and language development during their formative years Collaborative work environment with education professionals committed to student success This contract position provides a rewarding opportunity to apply pediatric speech pathology expertise within a dynamic school environment.
