A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist is needed to provide comprehensive speech therapy services to elementary students within a K-12 school setting in Puyallup, WA. This contract role runs from September 2, 2025, through June 16, 2026, with an onsite schedule of five days per week, 7.3 hours per day.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language therapy services to students in elementary grades Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual student needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress Maintain accurate records and documentation as required Participate in meetings and professional development opportunities as appropriate Required Qualifications: Valid Washington State SLP licensure for the 2025-2026 school year Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) with strong pediatric skills ESA Certification in hand Experience working onsite with elementary-aged children Familiarity with school-based speech therapy practices Ability to work full-time, onsite, Monday through Friday Preferred Experience: Previous work in pediatric speech-language pathology, particularly in schools Expertise in teletherapy services is a plus, though this position is onsite only Strong caseload management skills and ability to work independently This position does not currently accommodate Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) or Voice Output Communication Aids (VOCO) support.
