Provide psychological services to 48-58 students across elementary, middle, and high school populations, working 35-37.5 hours weekly through our sophisticated virtual platform. Deliver comprehensive assessments, therapeutic interventions, and collaborative consultation while supporting students' academic achievement and emotional well-being. Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations using validated virtual assessment methods Provide individual therapy addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns Facilitate psychoeducational groups focusing on emotional regulation and social skills Collaborate with families, teachers, and support staff through virtual meetings Develop and monitor implementation of behavioral intervention strategies Participate in virtual IEP development, review, and planning processes Provide emergency crisis intervention and mental health screening services Diverse Clinical Experiences
Work with students presenting varied psychological presentations including learning disabilities, emotional disturbances, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, and mental health challenges. Essential Qualifications: Graduate degree in School Psychology from regionally accredited program Current Michigan school psychologist licensure School-based psychology practice experience minimum 2 years Demonstrated expertise in psychological assessment and therapeutic intervention Understanding of special education law and ethical psychology practice Technology Proficiency: Reliable broadband internet supporting high-definition video conferencing Confidential home office environment meeting professional privacy standards Professional-grade audio-visual equipment for psychological service delivery Computer system meeting virtual assessment and therapy platform requirements Clinical Competencies
