About the Role:

LHH Recruitment is seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional

Front Desk Coordinator

to provide coverage for one week while our client's team member is on PTO. This is a great opportunity for someone with a positive attitude and a passion for creating a welcoming environment. This is not only a good foot in the door, but a way to keep your skills sharp and earn extra income during this time period.

Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth Answer and direct incoming calls Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and lobby area Provide general administrative support to the office as needed Use Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) for basic tasks and communication Qualifications:

Minimum

6 months of office or administrative experience Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite

(Outlook, Word, Excel) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor Pay Details:

$19.00 to $22.00 per hour
