Position Overview

We are searching for an experienced, hands-on HR Generalist to assist in running, monitoring, and improving global HR processes. This person will join a small, collaborative team responsible for ensuring an excellent employee experience from onboarding through offboarding for a fast-growing firm. The role provides an exciting opportunity for a candidate who enjoys managing processes, constantly monitoring outcomes, and driving operational excellence for the HR team.

This is a highly collaborative role within a small but impactful HR group that has already made significant improvements to internal processes and is now focused on scaling HR support to meet the demands of a global, high-growth organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees across global offices, ensuring all internal teams complete responsibilities accurately and on time.
  • Process payroll across multiple global locations in partnership with Finance and external providers.
  • Oversee benefit enrollment for new hires and manage the annual renewal process across all locations.
  • Drive efforts to inform employees about payroll and benefit offerings; respond to questions and resolve issues quickly.
  • Work with internal and external counsel to coordinate immigration processes across global offices.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback cycles, and the year-end review process.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR operations and continuously improve outcomes as the firm scales.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of HR experience, ideally in financial services, professional services, or another fast-paced global environment.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll and benefits administration.
  • Familiarity with immigration processes a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work cross-functionally in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement orientation.
