In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely manner. You will handle inquiries and resolve issues through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat, creating a positive experience for every customer interaction. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner. Resolve customer complaints by determining the cause of the problem and providing appropriate solutions. Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services to assist customers effectively. Document customer interactions and update records in our CRM system accurately. Assist with the development of customer service policies and procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus. Proven experience in customer service or a related role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools.
