Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming phone calls, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
• Perform accurate data entry to maintain records and databases.
• Assist with general administrative duties to support office functionality.
• Manage receptionist responsibilities, including greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
• Organize and maintain office files and documentation for easy access.
• Coordinate schedules and appointments to optimize team efficiency.
• Prepare reports and correspondence as needed.
• Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked by monitoring inventory and placing orders.
• Support team members with ad-hoc tasks and special projects.• Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• A focus on detail and strong customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
