• Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to important documents.
• Prepare reports and documents as needed to support management.• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.
• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Skilled in answering and directing inbound calls.
• Strong knowledge of Outlook and other office software.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to handle receptionist duties with professionalism and poise.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
