Our client is a leading global investor in private markets with offices across North America, Europe, and Asia. They are tenured in the market and invest in multiple verticals.

THE ROLE

This is an Administrative Assistant role supporting one senior global partner based in New York, along with 3–4 additional team members who require light-touch support. The position is highly dynamic and requires a proactive, polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex calendars involving multiple stakeholders, coordinating international travel, and ensuring the partner’s day-to-day operations run smoothly.

This role also includes shared responsibility for maintaining the office space ensuring it is tidy, well-stocked, and welcoming. The successful candidate will be eager to contribute, willing to go the extra mile, and comfortable taking initiative across a range of tasks.

Key duties include:

  • Calendar management, including recurring meetings, agenda creation, and follow-ups
  • International travel coordination
  • Expense processing
  • Document formatting and distribution
  • Office upkeep including kitchen cleanliness, snack and beverage stocking, and general presentation
  • Printing and preparing decks and materials
  • Sit at reception on a rotating basis with other EAs
  • Ad hoc support as needed

THE CANDIDATE

The client is seeking a confident, team-oriented professional who is eager to learn. This individual should be polished, reliable, and comfortable working independently while also collaborating with others. They will have a high emotional intelligence and have a "no task too small" mentality. The partner is respectful and polite but extremely busy, so the ability to follow up and anticipate needs is essential.

Requirements include:

  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Strong calendar management skills
  • Travel coordination experience
  • Professional presence and confidence
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working in professional services
  • Comfortable with shared office responsibilities

THE COMP/BENEFITS

Salary range: $90,000–$105,000

Hybrid role, 4 days a week in the office

Strong benefits package including discretionary bonus, healthcare, 10% 401(k) match, etc.
