A part-time Occupational Therapist position is available in Georgetown, Delaware, supporting students in grades 5 through 12 during the 20242025 school year. This onsite role focuses on delivering school-based occupational therapy services, helping middle and high school students enhance their fine and gross motor skills to succeed academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct independent evaluations and assessments of students occupational therapy needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting fine and gross motor skill development Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to support student progress Provide direct therapy services within the school setting for students with various needs Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and regulatory standards Qualifications: Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy Active Delaware Occupational Therapy license, or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start Experience in pediatric or school-based occupational therapy preferred Ability to work onsite during school hours with a flexible part-time schedule (2530 hours/week) Strong knowledge of fine and gross motor skill interventions and school-based therapy practices Location: Onsite position based in Georgetown, Delaware at a K-12 school setting Virtual candidates may be considered only as a last resort Benefits: Flexible part-time schedule to support work-life balance Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student development and success Collaborative and supportive school team environment This contract role runs from September 2, 2024, through June 30, 2025, aligning with the academic year calendar.
