A technology organization in Union, NJ is seeking a new Recruiter to join their team. This is a fully onsite contract covering a maternity leave.

Responsibilities: Partner with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, etc.) Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to determine fit Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future openings Coordinate interviews and provide a seamless candidate experience Track and report on sourcing metrics and recruitment progress Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in a Recruiting and/or Sourcing role/environment Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently High level of professionalism and confidentiality Desired Skills: Experience with Paylocity
