Affordable Housing Leasing Consultant

at Asset Living. Responsibilities

Property Leasing and Administration: effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease. Conduct leasing activities to close sales: generate new leads, conduct tours, maintain model units, and complete follow-up. Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in; assist with lease audits, unit walks, and the turn process. Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, and respond to prospect leads within 24 hours. Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios, and strive to meet or exceed leasing goals. Perform administrative tasks as needed and handle resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction. Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs (e.g., resident functions, promotions, newsletters). Support marketing outreach and contribute to the annual marketing plan; stay informed on market conditions and complete weekly market surveys. Maintain thorough property knowledge, including competitors and market conditions. Manage customer service quality and ensure timely service responses; project a positive image of the community. Enforce community policies as directed by supervision. Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements Physical Requirements

Frequent movement to move between worksites; communicate and exchange information Ability to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, and equipment; may require standing or sitting for extended periods Occasional movement in various environments, lifting up to 25 lbs, and ability to work overtime, weekends, or night hours as needed; may work in extreme temperatures and outdoor conditions Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $22 per hour to $25 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, accidental, and disability insurance; 401(k) with employer matching; commission and performance bonuses where applicable; paid sick days and company holidays for full-time employees. Additional Details
