OnRamps Ambassador
OnRamps leadership aims to support district partners with consistent communication to community members, students, and staff about the quality of OnRamps and our mission, attributes of implementation, and benefits for students and staff. This position will meet the needs of supporting districts with community events across the state and will report to the Manager of Partnership Development. Responsibilities include: Attend scheduled compliance training, orientation training and calibration sessions. Present OnRamps information to students, parents, and community members in an in person or virtual setting for up to ten events per year. Represent and communicate OnRamps information in a professional and ethical manner with accuracy and fidelity. Provide accurate information and answers questions from stakeholders at district events. Collaborate with the Manager of Partnership Development for interim calibration and to complete reporting before and after each event. Maintain accurate materials/assets inventory and submit timely requests for event materials as needed. Required Qualifications include: Employed by a district implementing OnRamps during the 2025-2026 academic year. Employees who have worked in a Counseling or Administrative role for two or more years at a school (or schools) that have partnered with OnRamps. Complete a 2025-2026 OnRamps Ambassador Application. Must be able to travel to in-person events in within the designated regional service location. Must be available for evening presentations scheduled in advance. Collaborate with the Manager of Partnership Development for interim calibration and to complete reporting before and after each event. Maintain accurate materials/assets inventory and submit timely requests for event materials as needed. Preferred Qualifications include: Bilingual (Spanish) Salary: $40.00 hourly Working Conditions include: Must be able to work evenings. Must be able to travel. Hours vary. Some weeks will only require one presentation while peak seasons will require 2 or more. Peak times occur in September, February and mid-March. Typical workload will be 15 hours a month, but peak season could require 20-25 hours a month. Must have a designated space equipped with technology and internet capabilities that supports virtual collaboration via Zoom in a professional manner.
